Marketing Director Position with At Ease Network
DESCRIPTION: We have been in the smart home automation industry for 9 years–audio, video, lighting control, home theaters, security, etc.– doing business as Smart Home Theaters, LLC. We are rebranding as At Ease Network and will be adding a new division to sell Remote In-home Elderly Monitoring Systems. We are looking for someone who is a Senior or recent graduate in Advertising or Business Management with a Marketing emphasis who has the ability to help us develop and manage our whole marketing strategy. This position will likely start out as an hourly part-time position, with flexible hours, and will become a full-time salaried position as the company grows. We are looking for someone who intends to stay in Utah after graduation and wants to be part of the long-term growth of our company. However, if they do leave our company, this position will look GREAT on applications because you will literally be handling EVERY aspect of the marketing for our company. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have taken the majority of the upper-division advertising or marketing classes in an Advertising or Business Management major, with a broad understanding of all aspects of marketing strategy and campaign development/implementation across multiple mediums (web–SEO, PPC, affiliate programs, email campaigns, banner ads, social networking, blogging, etc.– direct mail, outdoor media, radio, TV, Public Relations opportunities, etc.)
Must have some design skills (such as experienced with Adobe Illustrator, web development, or video/animation production) OR very skilled as a copywriter and great at developing concepts that can then be designed/built by sub-contractors.
Must have a high level of skill at analysis and market research and strategic and systematic implementation of a marketing plan, with a focus on ROI and maximizing our marketing budget to reach our target audience.
Not required but a DEFINITE HUGE BONUS is if you have logged 6000 hours as a security system installer and can pass the test to register as our “Qualified Agent” for security system licensure with the State of Utah.
